58-37-110. Recognized controlled substance analogs.
(1) A substance listed under Subsectionis an analog, as defined in Subsection, if the substance, in any quantity, and in any material, compound, mixture, or preparation, is present in: (2) 58-37-101(1)(f) any product manufactured, distributed, or possessed for the purpose of human consumption; or any product, the use or administration of which results in human consumption.
(2) Substances referred to in Subsectioninclude, but are not limited to: (1) gamma butyrolactone (GBL); butyrolactone; 1,2 butanolide; 2-oxanolone; tetrahydro-2-furanone; dihydro-2 (3H)-furanone; tetramethylene glycol; 1,4 butanediol; and gamma valerolactone.
