58-41-502. Violation of chapter -- Penalties.
(1) An individual who violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
(2) If an individual other than a licensed individual engages in conduct that violates this chapter, a court with jurisdiction may issue an injunction or other appropriate order to restrain the conduct.
