58-46a-401. Grounds for denial of license -- Disciplinary proceedings.
(1) The division may: refuse to issue a license to an applicant; refuse to renew a license; revoke, suspend, or restrict a license; place a licensed individual on probation; issue a public or private reprimand to a licensed individual; or issue a cease and desist order.
(2) The division shall perform an act listed in Subsectionin accordance with Section. (1) 58-1-401
