58-55-106. Surcharge fee.
(1) In addition to any other fees authorized by this chapter or by the division in accordance with Section, the division shall require each applicant for an initial license, renewal of a license, or reinstatement of a license under this chapter to pay a $1 surcharge fee. 63J-1-504
(2) The surcharge fee shall be deposited in the General Fund as a dedicated credit to be used by the division to provide each licensee under this chapter with access to an electronic reference library that provides web-based access to national, state, and local building codes and standards.
