58-55-605. Grounds for denial of license and disciplinary proceedings.
(1) In accordance with Section, if an applicant or licensee does not meet the qualifications for licensure, the division may: 58-1-401 refuse to issue or renew a license; revoke the right of a licensee to recover from the Residence Lien Recovery Fund created by Section; 38-11-201 revoke, suspend, or restrict a license; issue a public or private reprimand to an applicant or a licensee; and issue a cease-and-desist order.
(2) In addition to an action taken under Subsection, the division may take an action described in Subsectionin relation to a contractor license, if: (1) 58-1-401(2) the applicant or licensee is an unincorporated entity; and an individual who holds an ownership interest in or is the qualifier under Sectionengages in: 58-55-108 unlawful conduct as described in Section; or 58-55-601 unprofessional conduct as described in Section. 58-55-602
