58-57-107. Grounds for denial of license -- Disciplinary proceedings.
(1) The division may: refuse to issue a license to an applicant; refuse to renew a license; revoke, suspend, restrict, or place a license on probation; issue a public or private reprimand to a licensee; or issue a cease and desist order.
