58-57-108. Use of title or designation.
(1) Only a respiratory care practitioner may use the following titles or designations: respiratory care practitioner; respiratory therapist; or respiratory technician.
(2) Only a respiratory care apprentice may use the following titles or designations: respiratory care apprentice; or respiratory therapy apprentice.
(3) An individual who violates this section is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
