58-57-110. Unlawful conduct -- Penalty.
(1) As used in this section, "unlawful conduct" includes: using the following titles or initials for the following titles if the user is not properly licensed: respiratory care practitioner; respiratory therapist; respiratory technician; respiratory care apprentice; and respiratory therapy apprentice; and using a name, title, or initials that would cause a reasonable person to believe the user is licensed under this chapter if the user is not properly licensed under this chapter.
(2) A person that violates Subsectionis guilty of a third degree felony. 58-1-501(1)(a)
