58-61-714. Third party payment for licensed behavior analyst.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section, payment from third party payers for behavior analysis may be limited to:
(1) a licensed behavior analyst as defined in Section; and 58-61-702
(2) the following, working within the scope of their practice: a physician licensed underor; Chapter 67, Utah Medical Practice Act Chapter 68, Utah Osteopathic Medical Practice Act an advanced practice registered nurse licensed under; Chapter 31b, Nurse Practice Act a psychologist licensed under this chapter; a clinical social worker licensed under; Chapter 60, Part 2, Social Worker Licensing Act a marriage and family therapist licensed under; and Chapter 60, Part 3, Marriage and Family Therapist Licensing Act a clinical mental health counselor licensed under. Chapter 60, Part 4, Clinical Mental Health Counselor Licensing Act
