Grounds for refusing to issue a state certification to an applicant, for refusing to renew the state certification of an applicant, for revoking, suspending, restricting, or placing on probation the state certification of a state certified court reporter, for issuing a public or private reprimand to a state certified court reporter, and for issuing a cease and desist order shall be in accordance with Sectionsand.
