58-87-204. Suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew registration.
(1) The division may limit, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a registration of an individual registered under Subsectionfor conduct that would have justified refusal to issue a certificate of registration under Subsection. 58-87-203(1) 58-87-203(2)
(2) The division may suspend or revoke the registration of an individual registered under Subsectionor renewed under Subsectionfor any reason for which the division could have refused to grant or renew registration or for conduct that would justify refusal to issue a certificate of registration under Subsection. 58-87-202(2) 58-87-203(5) 58-87-203(2)
