58-91-306. Operating standards for constables -- Rulemaking.
(1) In addition to the requirements of Section, the division in collaboration with the board may establish by rule additional operating standards that shall apply to the conduct of licensees under this chapter, including rules relating to use of uniforms, badges, insignia, designations, and representations used by or associated with a licensee's practice under this chapter. 58-91-305
