58-92-301. Licensure required -- License classifications.
(1) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a license is required to engage in an act regulated under this chapter.
(2) The division shall issue to a person that qualifies under this chapter, a license in the following classifications: private investigator agent; private investigator registrant; or private investigator apprentice.
