58-93-301. Licensure required -- License classifications.
(1) A licensee is required to engage in an act regulated by this chapter. except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
(2) The division shall issue to a person that qualifies under this chapter a license in the following classifications: bail bond agency; bail enforcement agent; bail recovery agent; and bail recovery apprentice.
