58-93-305. Qualifications for licensure -- Bail recovery apprentice.
In addition to the requirements of Section, an applicant for licensure as a bail recovery apprentice shall:
(1) be at least 18 years old;
(2) submit an application in a form the division approves;
(3) pay a fee determined by the department under Section; and 63J-1-504
(4) identify the bail bond agency employing and responsible for supervising the applicant under Section. 58-93-303
