58-94-102. Surcharge.
(1) The division shall collect a $1 surcharge from each applicant for an initial license, a renewal of a license, or a reinstatement of a license. The surcharge described in Subsectionis in addition to other fees this chapter or the division authorizes in accordance with Section. (1)(a) 63J-1-504
(2) The division shall deposit the surcharge into the General Fund as a dedicated credit. The division shall use the dedicated credits to provide a licensee with access to an internet-based library of national, state, and local building codes and standards.
