A violation of any of the following sections is a class B misdemeanor:
(1) Section, Warning labels required; 59-14-501
(2) Section, Requirements for placement of warning labels; 59-14-502
(3) Section, Responsibility for placement of warning labels; or 59-14-504
(4) Section, Restrictions on mail order or Internet sales. 59-14-509
