63A-17-809. Guidance and data collection regarding employment of individuals with criminal histories.
The division shall:
(1) provide information and guidance to agencies encouraging the hiring of individuals with criminal histories, including: skills developed during incarceration through the Division of Correctional Industries and any other relevant program; and guidelines to determine whether an applicant's conviction, disclosed in accordance with Section, is a job-related conviction; and 34-52-201
(2) ensure that agency job opportunities available to individuals with criminal histories are included in the web portal.
