63A-20-203. Program manager -- Appointment -- Duties.
(1) The executive director, with the approval of the governor, shall appoint an individual to manage the program.
(2) The program manager shall be experienced in: government administration; data privacy; cybersecurity; and information technology.
(3) The program manager is responsible for implementing a state-endorsed digital identity in accordance with this chapter.
