63A-5b-1201. General provisions -- Definitions.
(1) This part does not apply to micro-education entities as defined in Section. 53G-6-201
(2) As used in this part: "Charter school" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 53G-5-102 "LEA" means a school district or charter school. "Public school construction" means construction work on a new public school facility or major alteration of an existing public school facility with a total project cost exceeding the delineated thresholds for a capital development project or capital improvement project as defined in Section. 63A-5b-401 "School construction liaison" means the individual designated under Sectionto coordinate between the division and the state board regarding public school construction matters. 63A-5b-1212 "School district" means a local school district established under Title 53G, Chapter 3, School District Creation and Change. "State board" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 53E-1-102
