63C-27-101. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Commission" means the Cybersecurity Commission created in this chapter.
(2) "Critical infrastructure" includes the following sectors the United States Department of Homeland Security identifies as critical: chemical; commercial facilities; communications; critical manufacturing; dams; defense industrial base; emergency services; energy; financial services; food and agriculture; government facilities; healthcare and public health; information technology; nuclear reactors, nuclear materials, and nuclear waste; transportation systems; and water and wastewater systems.
