63C-27-203. Compensation of members.
(1) A member who is not a legislator may not receive compensation or benefits for the member's service, but may receive per diem and travel expenses incurred as a member of the commission at the rates established by the Division of Finance under: Sectionsand; and 63A-3-106 63A-3-107 rules made by the Division of Finance in accordance with Sectionsand. 63A-3-106 63A-3-107
(2) Compensation and expenses of a member who is a legislator are governed by Sectionand Legislative Joint Rules,. 36-2-2 Title 5, Legislative Compensation and Expenses
