63G-23-102. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Public official" means, except as provided in Subsection, the same as that term is defined in Section. (3) 53-1-102
(2) "Public official" includes a judge or justice of: the Utah Supreme Court; the Utah Court of Appeals; a district court; a juvenile court; the Business and Chancery Court; or the Constitutional Court if Title 78A, Chapter 5b, Constitutional Court, takes effect as described in Section. 78A-5b-102
(3) "Public official" does not include a local official or an education official as defined in Section. 36-11-102
