63G-33-303. Discrimination prohibited.
(1) A person may not discriminate against a health care provider: as a result of the health care provider's exercise of the right of religious belief or conscience; or because the person believes that the health care provider: alleged, or may allege, a violation of this part; provided, caused to be provided, or may provide or cause to be provided, information relating to a potential violation of this part; or testified, assisted, or participated in, or may testify, assist, or participate in, an investigation or proceeding regarding a potential violation of this part.
