63G-6a-604. Processing of bids -- Changes to bids not allowed.
(1) A procurement unit: shall accept bids as provided in the invitation for bids; and may not open a bid until after the deadline for submitting bids.
(2) A person who submits a bid may not, after the deadline for submitting bids, make a change to the bid if the change is prejudicial to: the interest of the procurement unit; or fair competition.
