(1) Subsection, regarding a report from the Department of Corrections to the Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Interim Committee, is repealed January 1, 2028. 64-13-6(3)(b)
(2) Section, Correctional Postnatal and Early Childhood Advisory Board, is repealed July 1, 2027. 64-13-46.1
