63I-2-220. Repeal dates: Title 20A.

(1) Subsection, regarding the extension of a deadline that falls on a weekend or holiday, is repealed on May 5, 2027. 20A-1-104(4)

(2) Subsection, regarding the email that the sponsors of an initiative petition send to certain individuals before delivering an initiative packet to the county clerk, is repealed January 1, 2027. 20A-7-105(5)(c)

(3) Subsection, regarding the email recipient list and written verification that the sponsors of a statewide initiative petition submit to the lieutenant governor, is repealed January 1, 2027. 20A-7-105(5)(d)

(4) Subsection, regarding the email recipient list and written verification that the sponsors of a local initiative petition submit to the local clerk, is repealed January 1, 2027. 20A-7-105(5)(e)

(5) Subsection, regarding the validity of signatures gathered for an initiative petition, is repealed January 1, 2027. 20A-7-105(5)(f)
