63I-2-276. Repeal dates: Title 76.
(1) Subsection, regarding assault or threat of violence against an employee of a health facility, is repealed January 1, 2027. 76-5-102.7(2)(b)
(2) Subsection, regarding data collection requirements for a law enforcement agency that issues a written warning, citation, or referral, is repealed December 31, 2031. 76-11-218(10)
