63J-1-1004. Legal Services Retainer Fund.
(1) There is created an expendable special revenue fund known as the Legal Services Retainer Fund.
(2) The fund consists of transfers from agencies to pay for the office's legal services, including retainers transferred into the account in accordance with Section. 63J-1-1002
(3) The office shall administer the fund and may expend money from the fund as provided in this part to pay for amounts the office charges an agency for legal services. As provided in Section, the office may not use an agency's retainer to pay charges incurred by another agency. 63J-1-1003
