63L-7-109. Annual reports.
(1) The advisor of PLPCO shall report to the governor, for transmission to the Legislature, on: the status of the Utah wilderness preservation system; regulations in effect; and other pertinent information.
(2) The advisor of PLPCO shall report any recommendations for future action to the Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Interim Committee by November 30 of each year.
