63L-8-310. Grazing Land Fund.

(1) There is created an expendable special revenue fund known as the "Grazing Land Fund."

(2) The fund shall consist of: money received from grazing fees, as described in Section; 63L-8-402 money voluntarily donated or contributed to the fund; and interest earned on the fund.

(3) The DLM may expend money in the fund for: on-the-ground range rehabilitation, protection, and improvements on public land that is grazed; seeding and reseeding; fence construction; weed control; water development; fish and wildlife habitat enhancement; wildfire suppression; and overhead and direct costs associated with rangeland and grazing management.
