63L-8-312. Annual reports.
(1) The director shall: prepare a report on the public land in accordance with Subsection; and (2) submit the report to the Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Interim Committee no later than October 31 annually.
(2) A list of programs and specific information to be included in the report described in Subsectionshall be developed by the Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Interim Committee before the end of each fiscal year. (1)
