63N-3-1101. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1) "Grant" means a grant awarded under Section. 63N-3-1102
(2) "Program" means the Manufacturing Modernization Grant Program created in Section. 63N-3-1102
(3) "Targeted industry" means an industry or group of industries targeted by the GOED board under Sectionfor economic development in the state. 63N-3-111
