68-3-13.5. Summaries of legislation.
(1) As used in this section, "legislation" means a bill or resolution introduced for consideration by the Legislature.
(2) A written summary associated with legislation that is prepared by a staff member of the Senate or the House of Representatives, or by a staff office for the Legislature: is not part of the legislation, agreed to, or enacted by the Legislature; and is not evidence of legislative intent.
