7-5-116. Assets of trust company in possession of the commissioner.
With respect to the assets of a trust company in the possession of the commissioner under, notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the assets that the trust company holds in a fiduciary capacity as a part of the trust company's trust business are not subject to the claims of a secured or unsecured creditor of the trust company.
