71A-5-101. Veterans Assistance Registry -- Definitions.
(1) As used in this chapter: "Donor" means an individual or entity that provides material goods, services, or labor without charge to veterans in accordance with this chapter. "Recipient" means a veteran as defined in Section, or a veteran's dependent spouse and children. 68-3-12.5
