72-16-202. Hiring of director.
(1) The executive director, subject to approval by the committee, shall hire a director. The executive director may remove the director at the executive director's will.
(2) The director shall: be experienced in administration and possess additional qualifications as determined by the committee and the executive director; and receive compensation in accordance with. Title 63A, Chapter 17, Utah State Personnel Management Act
