72-16-302. Daily inspection required.
(1) Each day an owner-operator operates an amusement ride for use by the general public, the owner-operator or the owner-operator's designee shall inspect and operate the amusement ride in accordance with this section and rules established under this chapter. The owner-operator or the owner-operator's designee shall complete the inspection and operation described in Subsection: (1)(a) before the owner-operator begins operation for use by the general public; and in accordance with rule made under this chapter.
(2) The owner-operator shall: make a record of each daily inspection that is signed by the individual who performed the inspection; and maintain each record described in Subsectionfor at least one year after the day on which the inspection is performed. (2)(a)
