72-16-305. Insurance required.
(1) An owner-operator of an amusement ride shall carry liability insurance coverage in at least the following amounts: $1,000,000 for bodily injury per occurrence; $250,000 for property damage per occurrence; and $3,000,000 annual aggregate limit.
(2) An owner-operator of an amusement ride located in an amusement park that employs more than 1,000 individuals in a calendar year shall carry liability insurance coverage in at least the following amounts: $5,000,000 for bodily injury per occurrence; $1,000,000 for property damage per occurrence; and $10,000,000 annual aggregate limit.
