72-2-306. Distribution of funds after repayment.
(1) Any money deposited into the fund from repayment of a loan or interest issued under this part shall be distributed as described in this section.
(2) As the department receives repayment of a loan and interest issued under this part, the department shall distribute: 95% of the money to Sandy, for a bridge connecting a commuter rail station on the west side of I-15 with property owned by Sandy City at approximately 10240 South Monroe Street on the east side of I-15; and 5% to the department for improvements to 12600 South in Riverton to facilitate a jurisdictional transfer of the road from Riverton to the state.
