72-2-504. Report.
(1) On or before September 1 of each year during the life of a project related to a grant awarded by the board, a recipient of grant money under this part shall provide a written report to the board.
(2) The report described in Subsection (1) shall include: the amount of money provided through the grant; an accounting of how the grant money has been utilized; the progress of the project; and the number of affordable housing units completed or under construction.
