73-10c-11. Actions related to coordination of growth and conservation planning.
(1) The council shall identify how different agencies may work together to assist the following in coordinating growth and conservation planning related to water: municipalities, as defined in Section; 10-1-104 counties; water conservancy districts, as defined in Section; and 17B-1-102 public water systems, as defined in Section. 19-4-102 To comply with Subsection, the council shall consider Sections,,, and. (1)(a) 10-20-404 17-79-403 19-4-114 73-10-32
(2) The council shall identify incentives that are most effective to help the entities described in Subsectionto, where feasible: (1) develop and implement conservation plans; and regionalize water systems.
