73-10g-307. Local watershed councils -- Roles and governance.
(1) A local council shall provide a forum to encourage and facilitate discussion of and collaboration on local watershed issues.
(2) A local council shall: select the local council's representative to the state council; hold meetings at times and locations as the local council determines; and make the local council's policies available to the public: at each meeting of the local council; and on a public website maintained by the division for council business.
