75E-10-101. Definitions for chapter.
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Child welfare case" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 75E-9-101
(2) "Commission" means the Indigent Defense Commission created in Section. 75E-9-102
(3) "Eligible county" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 75E-9-101
(4) "Executive director" means the executive director of the office appointed under Section. 75E-10-103
(5) "Indigent defense resources" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 78B-22-102
(6) "Indigent defense service provider" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 78B-22-102
(7) "Indigent defense services" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 78B-22-102
(8) "Indigent defense system" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 78B-22-102
(9) "Indigent individual" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 78B-22-102
(10) "Minor" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 78B-22-102
(11) "Office" means the Office of Indigent Defense Services created in Section. 75E-10-102
