75E-2-204. Annual report by the department.
(1) The department shall annually prepare and publish a report directed to the governor, the Legislature, the commission, and the Judicial Council.
(2) The report shall describe how: the commission fulfilled the commission's statutory purposes and duties during the year; and the department fulfilled the department's statutory purposes and duties during the year.
