75E-3-106. Members serve without pay -- Reimbursement for expenses.
(1) A member who is not a legislator may not receive compensation or benefits for the member's service, but may receive per diem and travel expenses as allowed in: Section; 63A-3-106 Section; and 63A-3-107 rules made by the Division of Finance according to Sectionsand. 63A-3-106 63A-3-107
