75E-4-104. Compensation of members.
(1) A member of the sentencing commission who is not a legislator may not receive compensation or benefits for the member's service, but may receive per diem and travel expenses as allowed in: Section; 63A-3-106 Section; and 63A-3-107 rules made by the Division of Finance according to Sectionsand. 63A-3-106 63A-3-107
(2) Compensation and expenses of a member of the sentencing commission who is a legislator are governed by Sectionand Legislative Joint Rules, Title 5, Legislative Compensation and Expenses. 36-2-2
