76-11-215. Selling a firearm to a minor.

(2) An actor commits selling a firearm to a minor if: the actor sells a firearm to a minor; and at the time the actor sells the weapon to a minor, the minor is not accompanied by a parent of the minor or a legal guardian of the minor.
(3) A violation of Subsectionis a third degree felony. (2)
