76-11-220. Carrying a loaded firearm on a public street by an 18 to 20 year old.

(2) An actor commits carrying a loaded firearm on a public street by an 18 to 20 year old if the actor: is 18 years old or older but younger than 21 years old; and carries a loaded firearm on a public street.
(3) A violation of Subsectionis a class B misdemeanor. (2)
(4) This section does not apply if the actor has a provisional concealed carry permit issued under Section. 53-5a-305
