76-13-208. Attending an organized animal fighting exhibition.

(2) An actor commits attending an organized animal fighting exhibition if the actor is knowingly present: as a spectator at any place, building, or tenement where preparations are being made for an exhibition of the fighting of animals, as prohibited by Subsectionor (e); or 76-13-202(2)(d) at an exhibition prohibited by Subsectionor (e), regardless of whether an entrance fee has been charged. 76-13-202(2)(d)
(3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class B misdemeanor.
